MGA 2013 Advanced Leadership Institute

July 7-12, 2013 Oxford, MS

 Reset ·         Advocacy (how to how to advocate for geography education on local, state, and federal levels)

·         Resource Development (developing education products for dissemination around the state)

·         Professional Development (developing and conducting workshops and institutes)

 

A maximum of 15 participants will be chosen for the 2013 Advanced Institute. Most expenses will be covered including room (hotel, not dorm) and most meals. Upon successful completion of the institute, all participants will be considered National Geographic Society-certified Teacher Consultants and will be eligible to implement programs on behalf of MGA.
